- Manufacturer Direct and "FINAL SALE" items (clearance lifejackets, custom rescue gear) are non-returnable.

C. Damaged/Wrong Items

- Safety defects: Torn buoyancy material, faulty inflation systems, broken buckles.
- Incorrect item: Received adult instead of child lifejacket.
- Shipping damage: Functionality compromised by package deformation (include photos and functionality test videos).
- We’ll arrange replacement/refund (custom size items require height/weight and professional measurement data).
D. Exchange Policy
- Eligible for safety-related issues:
- Damaged/wrong items, incorrect sizes (with body measurements and size chart).
- Functional defects (e.g., electronic inflatable lifejacket failed airtightness test).
- Accessories (whistles, reflectors) non-exchangeable unless with the main product.
E. Fee Policy
- No restocking fees, but personal-reason returns (wrong style, unconfirmed standards) deduct shipping costs (hazardous material rates for lifejackets with cylinders).
F. Refund Processing

- Original payment method refunds take 1–7 days (credit card refunds subject to billing cycles and bank security reviews).
