C. Damaged/Wrong Items

    • Incorrect item: Received adult instead of child lifejacket.
    • Shipping damage: Functionality compromised by package deformation (include photos and functionality test videos).
  • We’ll arrange replacement/refund (custom size items require height/weight and professional measurement data).

D. Exchange Policy

  • Eligible for safety-related issues:
    • Damaged/wrong items, incorrect sizes (with body measurements and size chart).
    • Functional defects (e.g., electronic inflatable lifejacket failed airtightness test).
  • Accessories (whistles, reflectors) non-exchangeable unless with the main product.

E. Fee Policy

  • No restocking fees, but personal-reason returns (wrong style, unconfirmed standards) deduct shipping costs (hazardous material rates for lifejackets with cylinders).

F. Refund Processing
